Other insulation grants (attic, cavity, internal wall) have their own values based on property type.

Yes. To be eligible for SEAI grant funding, all energy upgrade works including insulation must be carried out by an SEAI-registered contractor. This ensures the installation meets SEAI technical standards and is inspection ready. After works are completed, you’ll also need to submit a post-works BER assessment and signed documentation to SEAI to draw down the grant.
