SEAI Grant Support – Up to €4,500

Internal Wall Insulation may qualify for an SEAI Home Energy Grant, subject to property eligibility and scheme conditions. Current individual grant levels include:

  • Detached house: up to €4,500
  • Semi-detached / End of terrace: up to €3,500
  • Mid-terrace house: up to €2,500
  • Apartment: up to €2,250

Grants are paid once works are completed and inspected in accordance with SEAI requirements.
